§1. Introduction

In the Privacy and Cookies Policy, we describe what personal and non-personal data (cookies and other technologies) we process in connection with your use of our website and contacting us by email. Please read the details below.

§2. Definitions

As used in this Privacy Policy the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  1. The Controller - LNO Simple Joint-Stock Company, with its registered office in Warsaw (postal code: 01-001), at al. Jana Pawla II 43A/37B, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000926070, NIP (VAT ID No): 5252881333, Regon No 520238845.

  3. User - any person who browses the content of the Website or makes a purchase on it.

  4. GDPR - REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

  5. UK GDPR - The Data Protection Act 2018 which is the UK's implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

§3. What personal data we process

  1. The Collector processes Users' data for specific purposes and on a legal basis, which may be the voluntary, specific, informed and unambiguous consent of the User expressed, for example, through the appropriate form on the Website. Users' personal data may also be processed in cases in which the Collector is obliged to process personal data on the basis of legal regulations or for the purpose of realization of a contract concluded between the parties, as well as on the basis of a legitimate interest pursued by the Collector.

  2. The User may provide his/her personal data to the Collector, among others, by means of forms available on the Website, as well as solutions such as instant messaging and social media profiles (e.g. Linkedin), in particular:

    • the purposes of the processing: conducting communication with individuals interested in the offer and the development of the Controller’s business activities

    • the legal basis for the processing: the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller which is communication with persons interested in the offer and business activities of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)

    • the period of the processing: data will be processed for the duration of the communication and until the statute of limitations for any claims

    • providing personal data is necessary to receive a response to a message sent to the Controller.

  3. The Collector may entrust personal data to other entities with the help of which it performs the purposes indicated in the preceding paragraphs (e.g., companies providing hosting services, an accounting firm, a company providing an emailing application or platform, a platform that provides a video calls and webinars, a service that provides a calendar for making appointments).

  4. Your personal data will not be transferred to recipients from third countries or international organizations that do not provide an adequate degree of protection for personal data. An adequate degree of protection must be confirmed by an appropriate decision of the European Commission or other binding legal instrument.

  5. The Controller guarantees the confidentiality of any personal data provided to him.

  6. The Controller does not use automated decision-making tools on the website.

  7. Personal data shall be collected with due diligence and adequately protected from unauthorized access, and shall be processed in accordance with law

§4. The User’s rights

  1. The User has rights related to the processing of your personal data, including:

    1. the right of access to the data

    2. the right to correct the data

    3. the right to restrict data processing

    4. the right to object to the processing of data

    5. the right to erasure of data (the so-called right to be forgotten)

    6. the right to data portability

    7. right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority in connection with the processing of personal data by the Collector

  2. The User shall have the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time if the User has previously given his/her consent.

  3. The Controller may take actions to verify the identity of the person submitting a request to exercise their rights under the GDPR, in order to ensure the security of personal data.

  4. In order to exercise his/her rights, the User should address the relevant request to Storm Vendors.

§5. About cookies and similar technologies used on the Website

  1. When the User uses the Website, data about the User is automatically collected. This data includes, but is not limited to: IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type. This data may be collected by cookies (so-called cookies), and may also be recorded in server logs.

  2. Cookies are files sent to the User's computer or other device (e.g. laptop, smartphone, tablet) and stored there while browsing the Website. Cookies remember the User's preferences and behaviours, which makes it possible to improve the quality of the services provided, improve search results and the relevance of the information displayed, including advertisements, and anonymously track the User's preferences.

  3. The website uses only essential cookies to improve User's experience and functionality. The main cookies are:

    • ml_guid: A localStorage cookie used for websites with surveys, helping to identify users who submit surveys and display accurate results,

    • mailerlite:webform:shown: Used for pop-up forms to determine if a visitor has seen your pop-up and whether to show it again based on your settings.

  4. Cookies for marketing, profiling, or tracking user behavior are not used.

  5. These cookies do not collect personal information and are strictly for enhancing website functionality. The website may include the __cfduid cookie, set by CloudFlare to identify trusted web traffic.

  6. Data recorded in server logs or by means of cookies are not linked by the Collector in any way to specific Users of the Website and are not used by the Collector to identify the User. Server logs are used for the administration of the Website, and their contents are not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server.

§6. Purpose of using data collected through cookies and similar technologies

The Collector uses the data provided by the User or collected automatically for:

  1. proper functioning, configuration, security of the Website,

  2. monitoring session status,

  3. analysis, research and audit of the Website's displays,

  4. as well as for statistical and marketing purposes.

Our privacy policy applies to our website. It does not apply to other sites you may go to by clicking links on our website. These may be affiliate links or links to content that we consider worthwhile (eg. blog posts or videos on youtube). Please note that each site you go to by clicking on a link posted on our site has its own privacy policy, for which we are not responsible and have no control over what data and for what purposes the controller of the site you go to will process. We advise you to check their privacy policy before providing any data to them

  1. There may be changes to this document as may be affected by developments in Internet technology, changes in data protection laws and the development of our website and store. Any changes will be communicated to Users immediately in a visible and understandable manner.
